Distributors partner with Simplilearn to be the exclusive online seller of our training courses in a given region.
Distributors must be ready to stock and sell licenses as per the annual revenue forecast for their region.
We work with any distributor that has an established corporate customer base and a history of selling software products/services, HR consulting, or training services
Simplilearn will offer complete business exclusivity for the distributor’s region, in addition to sales cycle and delivery support. Simplilearn will also transfer all inbound inquiries generated on our website from the specified region to the distributor. Simplilearn will not do any business directly in the region, and all business will be routed through the Distributor.
Regional exclusivity is provided; a region can be a country or group of countries.
Upfront investment is variable depending on the annual revenue forecast for the distributor’s region.
Minimum distribution agreements are for 12 months.
Channel partners work with Simplilearn to strategically sell our courses to their established market or customer base, sometimes with co-branding opportunities.

Reseller partners work with Simplilearn to expand their current online training portfolio and cater to the training needs of enterprises and individuals. Referral partners have established connections or opportunities to sell into, either on a one-time or continuous basis.
A minimum investment of $10,000 USD is required to become a reseller.
Yes, commissions would be provided upon deal closure.
